Decent quality, slow support
I ordered a footie sleeper and a matching beanie for my newborn. The ordering process was smooth, and the items arrived in about 6 days. The quality of the Tencel modal is impressive, very soft and seems durable after a couple of washes. I did have a question about sizing though, and it took their customer support almost two days to get back to me, which was a bit slow. The sizing chart on the product page could be clearer. Overall, good products but the communication could be quicker.
